1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

2. Shipping Times

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse.

Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier services.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Customs inspections
Severe weather conditions
Carrier delays
High shipping volumes
Public holidays
Other unforeseen events

Noventra is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the shipment may be returned to us. Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information may be the responsibility of the customer.
